- 1) Pre-Sale/Carrier Evaluation- As a Business owner, company executive or IT Director time is valuable. When going through carrier evaluations this requires multiple meetings with multiple carriers with reps who are trying to attain their monthly quota which leads to phone calls every other day asking for the business.
Solution- We meet with you, gather all requirements needed and we work with the carriers to find the best 2-3 options to present to you. You have just saved a lot of valuable time and energy to focus on your business.
- 2) Post-Sale/Signed Carrier Contract- One of the many complaints we have always heard from prospects and clients is once they enter into a deal with a carrier their sales rep is no longer with the company after a few months and they have to go through customer service for all questions and service issues. Not having a designated person to contact can and will get very time consuming and frustrating
Solution- Once you are a client we are your go to telecom team. You do not sign any agreements with us directly. We are your telecom resource. We will call or meet with our clients quarterly to make sure service and network needs are being met. For clients who want on-going trouble ticket support our team will monitor and handle any and all trouble ticket needs.
- 3) End of Carrier Contract- Many companies do not know when their contracts are up. This is important because technology and trends change over time and it is always important to evaluate carrier options to ensure you are on the right plan, with the right carrier and utilizing the best technology.
Solution- We keep a record of all our clients contracts. We stay in touch with our clients and keep them aware of the industry and what changes are taking place. Typically 3-4 months from your contract expiration we are meeting and discussing what the next steps are. We may renew with your current carrier for more services such as higher bandwidth, or we may evaluate the carriers once again to evaluate new technology that may be a good fit for your business.
